Information on Data Processing

If you have expressly given your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, we will use the data you provide to process your enquiry regarding the “Welcome Center KMU – Rheinisches Revier” programme. We use your data exclusively for the specified purpose.In order to process your enquiry, your data will be forwarded within the WCR partner network to the WCR’s operational partners. In anonymised and aggregated form, the data will also be used by the Westdeutscher Handwerkskammertag e.V., acting as the programme’s coordination office, for the compilation of statistics for the Welcome Center KMU – Rheinisches Revier. Furthermore, anonymised data may be provided to the funding body, the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, and the Cologne District Government for auditing, verification and reporting purposes.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. 

If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw consent, simply send an email to datenschutz(at)whkt.de.

In the event of withdrawal, your personal data will be deleted. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected. Following withdrawal, processing for the relevant purposes will cease and the data will be deleted, provided that no statutory retention obligation or other legal basis precludes this. Any enquiries can then only be answered once a new declaration of consent has been issued. We store the data until your enquiry has been dealt with and then delete it, provided there are no statutory retention obligations, funding audits or legitimate interests relating to the preservation of evidence that prevent us from doing so. You are entitled to request information about the data we hold about you and, if the data is incorrect, to request that it be rectified or erased.
