Information on Data Processing

If you have expressly given your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, we will use the data you provide to process your enquiry regarding the “Welcome Center KMU – Rheinisches Revier” programme. We use your data exclusively for the intended purpose.

Your data will only be disclosed to third parties where we are legally obliged to do so or where the involvement of WCR consortium partners, external institutions or organisations appears necessary for processing your enquiry (e.g. employment agencies, public authorities/administrations, training providers or competent bodies).

In anonymised form, the data will also be used by the Westdeutscher Handwerkskammertag e.V., acting as the programme’s coordination office, for the compilation of statistics for the Welcome Center KMU – Rheinisches Revier. Furthermore, anonymised data may be provided to the funding body, the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, and the Cologne District Government for auditing, verification and reporting purposes.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Any withdrawal of consent should be addressed to:

In the event of withdrawal, your personal data will be deleted without undue delay. Any further enquiries can then only be processed after a new declaration of consent has been submitted.

Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. You are entitled to request information about the personal data we have stored about you and, where such data are inaccurate, to request their correction or, where storage is not permitted, their deletion. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
