… provide consulting services to small and medium-sized enterprises on the topics of arrival and work. In addition to offering information and advice on labor law to companies, we assist in optimizing onboarding processes to ensure the sustainable integration of international skilled workers. We also provide resources to help companies reflect on their corporate culture with a view to fostering cultural openness.
About the VUV – Vereinigte Unternehmerverbände Aachen
The VUV – United Business Associations of Aachen e. V. is an employers’ association within the meaning of Article 9 of the German Basic Law. It serves as the umbrella organization for five employers’ associations:
- Business Association of the Meta and Electrical Industry
represents the interests of companies in the metal and electrical industry in the Aachen region that are bound by collective bargaining agreements. - Employer`s Association of the Chemical Industry
brings together companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and medical technology sectors in the Aachen region that are bound by collective bargaining agreements. - Employer`s Association of the Stone and Earth Industries
is the regional collective bargaining partner for the industry. - Employer`s Assocoation of Industrial and Non-Collective Bargaining Employers
is the employers’ association for all industrial and non-collective bargaining companies in the Aachen region. - Association of Health and Social Services Employers
is an association of companies and service providers in the healthcare sector.
The VUV sets the course for the future of the regional economy in matters of collective bargaining policy, labor and social law, and labor management. On behalf of our member companies, we engage in proactive dialogue with policymakers, labor unions, and the public. We take a clear and decisive stance on current issues. We see ourselves as the voice of employers in the Aachen region.
